Booking & Payments
To confirm your date, a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required (this will be deducted from your final balance).
40% of the total package cost is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 4 weeks before the event.
Package prices are based on a minimum of 120 guests.
Venue & Equipment
The quoted package price assumes the venue provides a functioning industrial kitchen with necessary equipment. Where additional equipment is required, extra costs will apply.
Our service includes returning the kitchen to the condition it was found at the start of the event.
Guest Numbers
If guest numbers exceed what was originally agreed, additional charges will be applied, or services may be restricted to the confirmed number of guests.
Service Inclusions & Limitations
Refuse will be bagged and placed in the venue’s designated area or bins. Please note: we do not provide waste disposal; clients must arrange this if required by the venue.
Our team does not clear or stack chairs and tables after the event.
Crockery is supplied crated. If you require crockery, cutlery, or glassware to be set on tables, this may incur extra charges.
Any crockery supplied will require a deposit, refundable within 7 days after the event.
Additional Charges
Events running beyond 23:30 hrs will incur a £100 late-hour fee to cover staff transportation.
Custom or bespoke menu requests can be catered for upon arrangement.
Food Safety & Allergens
All dishes are freshly prepared using ingredients from reliable and trusted suppliers in line with UK food standards.
Some items (e.g., meat, fish, stockfish, ponmo, crabs, etc.) may naturally contain small bones unless otherwise requested.
Our kitchen handles nuts and other allergens. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to ordering so we can advise appropriately.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be amended within 3 weeks of the event date.
Cancellations made 2 weeks before the event will be charged at 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged at 75% of the total cost.
